(March 10, 2020, 4:11 pm)Nice place. We were greeted friendly. Seated rather quickly. Our food was brought out in a timely manner. The catfish could have used a bit more seasoning, however the brisket sandwich didn't disappoint at all. Lots of tender meat with very flavorful sauce! I'll probably go back to try one of the many steaks on the menu.
(March 8, 2020, 7:24 pm)This place was recommended to me on a recent visit to Dallas. Its decorated nicely on the inside, even if its a little campy. Think Gaston's bar from Beauty and the Beast. The food was decent. They have a pretty good selection of extraordinary meats, and the bartender knew quite a bit about the food and how to order the meat. The only disappointment was they didnt have any craft brews, which was half the reason we were referred there. We had a pretty decent experience and left full and half buzzed. Which is never a bad time. ????
(February 11, 2020, 10:11 pm)Staying at the embassy suites next door, I decided to stop by around 8:30 and it was nice and quiet. I sat at the bar and was promptly served by a very nice and polite waitress who explained why their draft beers were not available. This was disappointing but stuff happens. I ordered a buffalo sirloin with a loaded baked potato. The food came out fast and was delicious. If you're staying near by I recommend giving it a try.
(December 19, 2019, 8:12 am)My first visit... And certainly not my last! The meal was delicious, the restaurant itself is awesome... And if you do anything at all... order a Root Beer... Which is brewed right there... I can't wait to go back!
