My stay at Stoneledge was excellent, they are extremely attentive of the details. Lauren is always quick to respond and addresses any concerns with great care. Maintenance staff attend to any reports very quickly, rarely has it not been addressed the same day or next day. The grounds are always clean, and the gym is well maintained. The people that live here are also nicer than most! I would definitely recommend this apartment.
I had to rent an apartment in Grapevine virtually, without ever seeing the place in-person and I'm so glad I chose StoneLedge. First, the staff was friendly and worked with me by giving me video tours and working with answering all questions upon move-in. Darcy in the front office was really the reason I chose this place, she is just so helpful and sweet. The apartments are comfortable and the valet trash is really nice. Free pest control services and maintenance requests are completed quickly and efficiently. Close enough to Main Street where if you really have too much wine it's walkable to get back. I'm really happy with my choice of apartment and location.
Overall, a really nice place to live. I have had horrible experiences living at other complexes, and this was my saving grace. I have been here now 2 years, and don't intend on leaving till we are ready for house. Unless the rent goes much higher. The maintenance is wonderful. Always there when you need them. They usually resolve all issues quickly. The office staff are also very nice.
I feel safe in my apartment. Except for knowing now that once a year some guy will break into your garage. Luckily they only took some things of value but nothing I could live without. Though it upset me, at least they didn't come into my apartment.
I also like that they try and throw party for the residents. Pool parties and free drinks.
The few things that I wish were better is obviously rent. It is very high and on the higher end of my budget. Also the trash pickup could use some work. Sometimes they don't come when they are supposed to or they don't always get everything that I put out.
Other than that, a pretty solid place to be and it is very convenient to the city's amenities.

It’s been such a nice experience for me personally. I know that I can always approach Lauren and Darcy with my questions or concerns and they will be answered or dealt with in a timely manner. They’ve been great since I moved in!
The maintenance staff has always taken care of my requests and I’m grateful for that. The grounds are well kept by the lawn service and the groundskeeper. It’s a big complex and if everyone does their part, it always makes it more pleasant.
This is a wonderful area to live in because it’s close to small town entertainment, and also main highways, and the DFW airport. Easy access to everywhere I mentioned.
We have a lovely property, the neighbors are pleasant, and I always look forward to spending time at the pool!
