(August 4, 2022, 1:11 pm)I don’t normally give reviews, and I suspect very few give positive reviews on experiences that started of very bad. I picked my car up a couple weeks ago after a very expensive repair. One Monday my car had to be towed back after a catastrophic failure with my a/c system. I thought for sure I was going to have to battle about who is responsible. They took a couple days to investigate and today said they’re covering everything. Anyone who expects perfection isn’t being realistic. Also the fact that’s they’ve taking ownership of a very expensive repair without me having to argue with them speaks volume about their integrity. Amazing job guys!!!
(July 15, 2022, 6:30 pm)This is our second car purchase from Sewell and first from this location. We worked with Chandler and couldn’t have had a better experience. Friendly, informative, not pushy, helpful. Taylor the sales manager was also awesome and willing to work with me on price. It’s not easy to find a stand-up dealership but Sewell is top notch. We couldn’t recommend them more! Thank you!
(July 9, 2022, 4:42 pm)I must take the time to thank SAM in the loan department. He really goes above and beyond with customers service and is always polite and patient . I always feel like family when I come here. People always asked me why do I go to the dealership for maintenance on my car and it’s because the service and great people the work there. I’m in manufacturing and sometimes have to go there during work hours and I’m still treated like if I’m in a business suit.

(May 19, 2022, 2:40 pm)Excellent ✨ service with my 2018 Cadillac Escalade! From the moment of making the appointment to picking up my vehicle, all staff was top notch! Vehicle detail service was perfect. Quick turn around time for the repair and service. Service Manager kept me informed as to the repair and when to expect it ready. This was my first time at Sewell and it exceeded my expectations.

He did a superb job and made my purchase with Sewell the easiest and best experience I've ever had at a dealership, and I've been buying cars for 20yrs. Needless to say, they are great! Very honest, transparent and accommodating.
