Brad was very professional, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. Abe, the supervisor came by to make sure everything was going smoothly. I’m very satisfied with the job.

(December 6, 2019, 10:41 am)I have these really nice ‘tilt-in’ windows from Statewide Remodeling and I was cleaning one late in the afternoon when it came off the track. I got online and requested a service call. I think the guy’s name was Monty that called me back early the next morning. He said he didn’t have availability right away so he asked if he could walk me through how to fix it if I wanted to try that. Of course I did because I like to do things myself if I can! So he explained it very thoroughly and I was able to follow his instructions and fix the window myself. I was extremely happy that it was so easy and it saved so much time. Monty also reminded me how to make sure this doesn’t happen again when I’m cleaning them. Overall, great experience and very satisfied.
