Naomi was absolutely incredible from the moment we walked in! We were ‘those customers’ who brought their kids - one even crying. She changed the TV to cartoons to keep them content without us even asking and helped us through the process of trading in our phones and upgrading to the iPhone 12 Pro’s. She even looked over our bill to be sure we were on the most cost efficient plan, helped us get our screen protectors on, and was just overall so patient and helpful with us through the whole process. I would 100% recommend going to see her.

Luis arrived toward the end of our process and was able to help some of the other customers so Naomi could focus on our upgrade, and then he also helped me so patiently when I called back with a question later in the day.

Best service ever thanks to Naomi! We got 4 new phones and a family plan set up. She transferred everything from old phones and got us a great deal on a plan. She was extremely courteous, professional, and represents top notch customer service. While she helped us, she also multi tasked and helped 4 other families at the same time while our phones were loading. We moved here from Japan (US military) and are glad that she made things happen with a smile. Thanks! I will travel across DFW area to only come here for any further AT&T stuff. I never make reviews but this experience was exceptional. I read previous reviews and similar comments about other employees here. Someone is picking the right employees.
