Always love shopping here. They have classic pieces and cute colors and styles to choose from. Always browsing their sale and clearance which, at times, gas great deals!

I had such a great experience with the Store Manager here at JCrew in Grapevine Mills. His name is “Tim,” and he was so exceptional. I don’t write reviews but this one needs to be seen by upper management. Tim told me to come back when they are having a good sale and i dont know why I listened to him but i did. So I came and ask for his opinion about the shirts and dresses i was buying and it was just a great deal to me. Love his taste and his honest opinion on style. I want to express my appreciation for his phenomenal customer service and also Spencer, another associate who was very shy at first but has a great smile and say honest opinion too.

The customer service here is phenomenal, and that says a lot about the management here. So many outlet stores treat their consumers as if they were walking into Wal-Mart. NOT HERE. TIM the store director gave me 110 percent of his undivided attention while I shopped in his store, better yet the whole staff did. I will be driving all the way from Addison just to shop from this store!!!

Who knew dressing so well could be so AFFORDABLE! Everything in store is AT LEAST 50% off! Know what else everything is? AWESOME! I had never shopped at J. Crew before about two weeks ago guys but now I'm literally obsessed. This is the best location I've been to so far. Their clearance section has mark downs PLUS 60% off lowest price marked. I got slim fitting dress shirts for $4!
