(June 26, 2019, 10:48 am)For all those leaving negative reviews: it's like you've never worked customer service! Have you forgotten how irritating difficult customers can be? Because you've become those people. Have a little understanding- theres much going on behind the scenes that you arent considering. Retail associates are people too, and if they have an attitude, either they've had a bad day, or you're being difficult. It's as simple as that. Do you expect people to constantly make exceptions for you? Because when companies do that, theres always a loss.
