The windshield replacement was successfully completed. However, there were a couple of hiccups along the way. The first issue was that nobody showed up on the first appointment during the 4 hour window that was set up. When I tried to reach them, I couldn't get through as the phone kept going straight to voicemail (this was the 2nd issue). Finally, I remembered I had the owner's (Norm) mobile in my call logs, and I was able to reach him. He was unaware of either of these problems, but when he found out, he resolved both issues along with giving me a credit for my inconvenience. We re-schedule the appointment, and everything worked out. What made all of this work is Norm's understanding of the problems and his willingness to make it right. I recommend to use this company for windshield repair.
