Hydrofin

We self installed HYDROFIN on our 2013 South Bay 522CR pontoon equipped with a Honda 90. WOW, is all we can say!! This product is the real deal, exceeded our expectations, and the product support is amazing. You can’t beat the price point for the benefits you gain with the Hydrofin. We did the seamless/straightforward install in our garage. So far, we picked up 5mph, went from 25-30mph but we think we can get at least another 3-4mph with a little more tuning. Jason and team truly offer an excellent product and superior customer service! Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about the Hydrofin System and the crew at Hydrofin. Jason and Kyler came out to New Hampshire to install the system on our 26' Sweetwater double deck pontoon with a 150HP Yamaha motor. Prior to the system being installed I could barely break 20mph at full throttle and the front tunes were never out of the water. First test on the water with the kit installed we broke 30mph and felt it could do slightly better. I took the family out on their first ride and was able to hit 32mph which is a huge improvement from before. My wife loved how it changed the ride all together. The overall handling and feel of the boat drastically improved. The motor ran quieter, the boat handled better in all types of water conditions and it's so smooth going across the water. All I can say is it's the best investment made on our pontoon and I highly recommend.

Just self installed the hydrofin.on my 2021 Godfrey 2286sfl 23ft.Instructions are spot on .just follow steps and double check all measurements. Once plates are glued on the rest is fairly easy .I highly recommend this product .it's a game changer for pontoons .ps customers support even on a Sunday help me answer a question .

Enjoyed the entire process with the gents from Hydrofin. From start to finish they communicated well and were professional in the way they dealt with my pontoon and I.
I have a 2003 G3 Suncatcher LX22C with 90hp yamaha, went from sluggish 21mph by myself to a smooth, flying on top the water, 29.6 with a 1/2 tank of fuel and 3 of us on board in 15 mph winds and whitecaps on the water.
I can't say enough about the difference in the ride........smoooooooothness is the key word for my ride now.

Jason and his crew installed HydroFins on my Tritoon at Buncombe Creek Marina Lake Texoma on July 21. The day we tested without the mods and hit a top speed of around 29-30 mph with 3 adults and full tank of gas. After the install it improved the speed to a top speed of 37.5 mph and the ride was very smooth. The following Sunday I loaded the boat with 8 which had 6 adults, ice chest and other equipment for about a 1500lb load on my 3000lb 22' Landau with a 150hp Merc. The boat would hit a top speed of around 30 mph at 5000 rpm and settle in at 25 mph at 4000 rpm. Was a very smooth and stable ride, my wife commented that of all the boats we've owned on Texoma over the last 20+ years this was the smoothest boat she's ever ridden. Very interesting phenomenon with this setup, the boat does not plane out until you surpass the speed that you want to cruise at. If I eased up on the speed to 4000 rpms the boat would only hold 20 mph. Once I accelerated to 5000 rpms and then eased back to 4000 rpms the boat would maintain a very steady speed of 25 mph. After dropping everybody at the beach I drove the boat for the first time by myself back to the marina, the boat hit 40 mph and held 35 mph at 4000 rpms. Ride and performance on this boat has been dramactically improved. Note: this used the new Tritoon HydroFins, not the conventional setup on Pontoons.
