Grafton Flats Apartments

I stayed for more than an year. Best places so far in our apartment life.The apartments are lovely and everything are upgraded. Loved the location close to the Rec center. Staff are always helpful and took care of us if anything.

My husband and I found this property in a random search for new places to live. We sold our house of 14 years and decided to make the move an apartment. (We were super nervous about living the apartment life!) We loved the layout of the apartments and the fact that it was a pretty small complex. We showed up to take a look around and met the Community Manager, Natasha. We walked around the complex, toured a unit we were interested in and talked with Natasha. She was very welcoming and professional. The move in process was fairly easy. Residents around us have been welcoming. We love that there are contests and community within the complex. Any issues we've had have been addressed in a very timely manner. We are loving the Grafton Flats community thus far!

My roommate and I have been living together for about three months at the time of this review, and Natasha (the office manager) has been awesome! The transfer process of my roommate into this two bedroom apartment, and my own application process, have been incredibly smooth, due to Natasha's quick response and kindness. We truly do appreciate all of her help!

I went in to look for a three bedroom apartment for my family. The manager Tosha said they didn't have anything open at this time. They didn't have one she took the time to look at places that might have one open. She was so nice.
