Doctor Torres has magical hands and the love of an angel. First time I met a Doctor with so much knowledge on endometriosis and humble to listen to my own experience. Everyone at the office will help you. The service is amazing. I highly recommend her, wish I meet her 10 years ago.

Today I had my second visit with Dr. Torres and the only word I can think of describe how thankful I am that I found her is “blessed”. I have been dealing with hormonal issues for a few years now and my previous GYN just placed a bandaid over my situation and honestly I wasn’t even sure what I was dealing with because it wasn’t explained to me. Dr. Torres has taken the time to go over all my results with me in detail and is formulating a plan to get my body to operate the way it was designed to. She is so kind and makes you feel incredibly comfortable. Obviously hormonal issues of any kind can be a sensitive subject especially in regards to fertility but she let me cry when I needed to without making me feel crazy lol and she really focused on the positives and what we can do moving forward to prevent the negatives. On top of that the front desk ladies and all of the staff are so incredibly kind. I started crying when the receptionist asked me if I was okay just because I was overwhelmed and she came around and gave me a hug. Like HOW KIND IS THAT?! I drive over and hour to visit Dr. Torres and the Serenity staff and I will continue to do so. I truly feel like Serenity and Dr. Torres are a God send and I could not be more thankful for what they have done for me so far. And it’s just the beginning!

Dr. Torres is an amazing physician! I highly recommend her. I had what I considered an emergent health problem, and I called nearly all other gynecologists in the area with no success. They could see me in maybe a month or two. But Dr. Torres was able to fit me in rather quickly. Her diagnosis was right on the mark, and she was able to treat me successfully. She spent much more time with me than any other physician that I have ever had. She will be my gynecologist from this point on!

I recently started seeing Dr. Torres in Grapevine and she is the most wonderful doctor. She always spends time with me answering my questions. She was able to offer a very thorough lab study and explained this to me in detail. I feel like she offers so much more than any other doctor I have been to in the past. She and her staff provide excellent care.
