Dr Franks is exceptional at her job. She is passionate about helping animals and did a wonderful job with our Emma. Kristin was super sweet and empathetic to our concerns. The whole team treated us with compassion from checkin to exam and discharge. While I hope that we do not find ourselves in another situation to require specialty surgery, I am confident that if we do we would again be in great hands. You all are greatly appreciated!
