Administration Hall

We have lived at Montelena for over a year now and just resigned for another year. We have never had any issues and if we did they helped right away. I’ve heard horrible stories of other apartment complex’s (including management issues) and I can say I called the office the other day to ask a simple question and thanked them for being so amazing haha. Very dog friendly, clean, nice people, close to a lot.
Of course rent was raised, but that’s to be expected. It’s happening everywhere.
Great place overall

We have been living at Montelena , Grapevine for a year and some months. Having moved from Miami Beach. Danielle and the other office staff made our relocating very smoothly . They showed us the Texas hospitality . They were very professional and friendly and always smiling. Our apt and the community is very clean and cozy and well kept. Maintenance staff is very responsive and reliable. We love how the office is very interactive with the residents, always hosting food giveaways and contests

Montelena is the first apartment complex I have ever moved to, and I love it here, their maintenance workers are quick to respond, and the community is pretty friendly! I have been living here for 2 years now and couldn’t have asked for a better apartment. I live in a renovated unit that was freshly renovated when I moved here back in 2020, the renovation did increase the expected cost for me but it was worth it.
