We were really pleased with Dallas Gold and Silver in Grapevine. The gentleman who helped us was excellent. We recently lost my mother and we were needing to sell some of her jewelry to pay for her final expenses. The gentleman who helped us was very kind, honest, and knowledgeable. We had many questions and he answered them all patiently. He also helped us think through which items to sell and which to keep for sentimental value. We left very pleased with what they paid us for our items and thankful we had stopped by.

I was glad to see a location for this business open so convenient for me, and well pleased with the service I received. I've been to a lot of shops through the years and the professionalism and courtesy experience at the Grapevine store was at the top of these.

It's worth pointing out that I was able to interact and conduct my transaction with the staff at the proper level of my understanding of precious metals, yet I also witnessed more than one customer of shorter experience come in and get the most helpful and honest information provided to them in response to their basic questions. I wouldn't hesitate to send a friend or family member to this shop and expect that they would get the same patient assistance and walk out with more knowledge and confidence than before going in.
