Went yesterday 2/17 for my first ever cupping session. Esma was great about fitting me in last minute. Not knowing what to expect she went over everything very well. She has a small office in a strip center that was clean and sterilized. She first started with a massage gun which felt great then she put oils on my back and with a silicone cup providing light suction she glided it all over my back which was really relaxing. After that she did the bigger cups which she placed on certain areas of my lower back all the way up to my shoulders. The feeling was different, the suction and pulling further relaxed me almost to the point of falling a sleep. The feeling is hard to explain one of those you have to try it for yourself, which I am glad I did. My back and shoulders felt great all day after and 24hours post treatment I don't feel anything as in my normal shoulder tightness and lower back pain are not present! Very clean and professional. She's very knowledgeable and keeps you motivated to keep up the good habits to prevent from having consistent problems. She's careful with my skin and gentle. She actually goes beyond the service itself and gives you what you need, not just what you think you want. She asks God questions to make sure that you're receiving the right treatment and suggests different kinds of approaches without coming off too pushy. She's very skilled and I'm happy to go to her regularly.
