Had to drive 45 minutes to this Best Buy cause the Best Buy by us didn't have the computer power cord my husband needed. They were very friendly and told us they only had 2 in-stock, but would hold one for us until we got there. They went above and beyond for us

Such a great first time customer experience with Trevor. I went to this store in my lunch break and he was so considerate of my time. He took his time and applied his great experience and knowledge to resolve the issue I was having with my sons PC. Thank you Trevor, I am sincerely grateful! Customer Service was great. Walked in with my baby in the carseat, in which the baby threw a toy out the seat, one of the associates picked it up and tracked me down in the store to make sure we got the toy back.... another associate made me aware of store practice, and how the store handles trade ins.... very good service here... appreciate you all
