Had trailer hitch installed. Was bracing for my usual Uhaul disaster experience, but to my surprise everything went smoothly - polite people answered my call that morning, was able to reschedule for later in the day, no waiting when I got there (and they actually had the part - my main concern), and they finished it in like half an hour. In other words, a normal experience. But shockingly good for Uhaul

4 stars because online you have to prepay for your hitch (obnoxious) and the Uhaul website lied and said I'd be getting a 2" hitch (although prepay screen showed 1 1/4) - when I got to the store they said only 1 1/4 for my car. So Uhaul still screwed something up, but it's on the corporate website side, not this location.

good sleep doc. got me a prescription with a bilevel machine which has been working great. is knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the software, has connections so you can find the right equipment or tests.

These guys are awesome !! I had pulled in not knowing they they just closed up shop when Kyle waved me and and made sure I was taken care of even tho it was past quitting time, great customer service right there!!

I like that he talks frankly with me but is also nice. He answers questions without getting annoyed. I felt a real sense that he was interested in me getting better and in me making needed lifestyle changes. My follow up appointments have also been good experiences. I’m grateful that he was on call when I had my heart attack.

Dr Jain is a wonderful doctor. I wish I could clone him and have him for my primary care doctor. He is full of great information and he likes to educate his patients (my husband) in a way that is easy to understand.
He is always pleasant and friendly and we've never felt rushed.
He diagnosed my husband's heart disease and followed him very closely to make sure his surgery by the thoracic surgeon went well.

Very personable, caring & informative. Took the time to explain my diagnosis, the possible outcome and answered all questions in plain English that any non medical person could understand.
