The people are nice, and the units are clean. Only used it for a month, but my items felt secure here.

Julio Otero was a great person, great communication, overall very welcoming.

What a great storage facility this has been for our family! Conveniently located, very clean, climate controlled, pest controlled, easy access, several options(even outside RV, trailer & boat storage), well maintained, courteous service… A+ has it all!! We highly recommend them. Staff are always quick to provide support and you feel like you are important to them! Ask for Julio, he is the best! Thanks for providing moving carts upon request too, you guys are the best!!😁👍

I moved all my stuff out of another storage unit to come here And have no regrets. This storage this storage facility is in a very convenient location, Has cameras around the facility, Is well kept, has friendly staff, and the prices are pretty good too. They have units of all different sizes and they have units with or without air conditioning. There is gated access with a code that you pick out so it should be reasonably easy to remember.
Update: the only I issue I had was a lock that was sometimes a bit sticky, but that has been taken care of. Wonderful staff!

Was very nice and exceptionally clean. They have great monitoring of your belongings and hours that are set just right to suit your needs when getting your stuff or dropping it off to your assigned storage but doesn't enable others that do not belong to possibly be there. The lady in the front office was extremely nice and very welcoming to me and my daughter.

I have been clean over 10 yrs because of Valley Hope of Grapevine Tx. They saved my life.

Today I am married of almost 9 it saved my marriage.
My grandkids are growing up bigger every day I've got 6 one one the way which I can see except for one thanks to this program.

The entire staff, while there, from nursing, counseling, kitchen, intake, etc., is incredible! I HIGHLY recommend this place. Just make sure you can afford it. Every dealing with their business office feels like a shady used car dealership, which is very unfortunate. The business office makes promises they won't hold up to once you're off the property.
