Howdy Folks - I will never waste your time talking about any person or company the is anything short of the very best in class. Chad Mohler and the team at DFW Honda will redefine your expectations of simply the best customer experience period. After losing my leg in 2011 due to a rare aneurysm it was doubtful I would ever ride a bike again. However, while discussing my disappointment with several trusted friends; they encouraged me to explore the option of a trike. Although I appreciated their intentions, I still needed to overcome the challenges associated with shifting the bike. We played around with a lot of options. Ultimately the Honda DTC Motor Trike was the answer. Chad made it happen - he made sure every technical, performance, and fit question was answered. His knowledge of the Honda DTC Trike is overwhelming. It as if he is part of the trike’s DNA. Let's talk about the amazing guys in parts. Dave, Bart, and King - Whatever your need these guys will get you the right part the first time with the knowledge along with it. King invested all of the time necessary to make sure I had an excellent-quality helmet and communicator, going the extra mile to guide me through the proper use and operation of both. And seriously, how many shops can you show up at 5:30 (they close @ 6) - Jacob and Jason teamed up to look over the trike, made a few quick adjustments, renewed my inspection and send me on my way the same day. And should you have any doubts about the values of DFW Honda Management - On Chad’s wedding day, they closed the dealership early to ensure everyone in the DFW Honda family could enjoy the occasion. Honestly folks, I have never experienced service in every department like this in my lifetime. If you are looking, fixing, or just need to dream in color about anything on two, three, or four wheels - you must experience the people, parts, and passion of DFW Honda. Honda is privileged to have such amazing customer-focused associates as Chad, King, Dave, Bart,Jacob, and Justin along with so many others I have yet to meet.
I was in search for a kawasaki vaquero 1700 and this dealer had one in like new condition and low miles. Thanks to Payton, Justin, and my credit union I was able to get in there check the bike out test ride it, make the deal and ride off in about 3 hours. They were very easy to work with. I would recommend this dealer to anyone in search of a new or used motorcycle. Their used motorcycle inventory is great so many bikes to choose from. I drove 130 miles to deal with these guys and I would do it again. Thanks Payton and Justin for getting me on the road on this beautiful vulcan!
After contacting several dealers in my area to locate the motorcycle of my choice, I found 5 models of the NC700/750X at this one store alone. I emailed Merlin House and was able to strike a deal right away, and Merlin was able to pull my bike aside till I could drive up to take delivery. The day I arrived; I could not believe the selection DFW Honda had on hand vs what I have witnessed at every other Honda Dealer. The DFW Honda team was great, the day I went up, they were slammed with customers, and the sales staff did a great job greeting and answering question from every direction. Justin in the finance office was Great as well. He was able to get my paperwork together and walk me through the process making sure I was getting the deal I was happy with. I was also walked through some accessory options in the Parts department with King Mcneill. Although I did not add anything at this time, He was gracious enough to take the time to show me some common accessories and explain how the store could assist me with getting everything installed. There are a few more people i know that assisted with getting my deal done, and I don't recall their names, But the whole team made my deal come together to get me back riding again. I would definitely suggest you should put DFW Honda on the list to drop in and see what they can do for you.
