Dalton Brown went above and beyond today helping me find a newly released part for a newly released RV product. Very patient, courteous and accurate. The search required several clarifications and the outcome was perfect.

Now on to ordering the verified in-stock part from United RV. Since supply chains have been a challenge in 2022, I appreciate that Dalton researched my availability question so I could order.

This was a great experience, I place the order, which was so easy that I forgot I was intending on using their chat function to make sure I was ordering the correct parts. The description where so precise that it was easy to get the "right stuff." This may not work for everyone, but I placed the order before lunch and WOW it was delivered the next day. I am well pleased.

I rarely write reviews, but this one needed to be done. I have done business at United RV for the better part of two decades. Derrek Landry is by far the best associate/representative/parts man I have had the pleasure of dealing with since I first began trading at UnitedRV. The man obviously knows his job, he is professional, cordial and always follows up on everything/anything to ensure the customers are taken care of, even on a Sunday when they are supposed to be "out camping." 5 Stars thanks to Derrek Landry!! The man deserves a raise and a promotion.
