2 years ago I purchased a VW golf from here. Good condition, good price. Not everything was perfect with the transaction but my experience with this place exceeded my expectations of a used car dealer hence my rating. I do not always decide to leave any details but adding stars to offset the obvious bad experiences others have reported seemed fair given my experience. Bashing a review 2 years after it was left only shows that you are not paying attention to your customers nor do you really care. That's disappointing for a family business.

We have bought 3 cars from BIG Johns and will continue to buy our cars from them.They're great people and very honest and trustworthy.We would recommend them to anyone.

Just bought a truck always, always give great deals and great prices, this is a family run business that has been serving haltom city and most of north tx for 34 years now. They are good people that will bend over backwards to help they're customers.

John and Vicky are two of the absolute best people in the whole world! My Marine Corps son needed a good used car to drive back and forth from Little Rock and John sold us a wonderful 2000 Ford Explorer at a great price! Gave my son a military discount and at the end of the transaction, pulled a $20 bill out of his pocket, gave it to my son and said, "buy some gas", John is what we all need in a friend and a car dealer! Oh, and we did the whole transaction at their house where they treated me, my son, my wife and daughter like we were royalty! Good, Solid Folks!
