Customer service and selection can be hit or miss compared to other Walgreens. But with this being the only real store in the area now, I’ve been visiting it more and find it works for my needs. Pharmacy is okay and quick to push you away when it’s time to close for lunch.
5 stars rating for the wonderful lady, Evelyn. She’s always greeting me with a positive attitude, i always feel welcome as soon as i pull up through drive-thru or even if i go into the store, she tries to answer the questions i have and if she doesnt have an answer she’s honest and doesnt try to make something up
I just had a long conversation with the pharmacist about some important information and I never felt rushed at all. It was really encouraging and refreshing to speak with Pharmacist David and hear his professional opinion mixed with a concern for my health. Appreciate it very much, and also happy to have the phone answered in
I give 5 stars due to the pharmacy service and customer service. I've been using this pharmacy consistently for 5 years now, they have always done the very best possible to ensure I have my medications on time. Although I do have a suggestion as far as the drive through goes, if a individual has a script to be filled, I ask that the pharmacy technician inform them to pull out of the way and around the store to park until they receive a text letting them know the script is ready so that those behind them can be served in a timely fashion. There's been numerous times in which I have waited 35 minutes to a hour to pick my scripts up in which the system informed me were ready to be picked up. I thought that was what the whole purpose of a drive through was all about. Now as far as the rest of the store, yes it's clean but unfortunately employees are lacking that helpful interactive customer service mentality. I also understand due to lack of employees at not only this store but all business's, that they despite being paid the least as possible are expected to do the work of three individuals, which can certainly affect a employee's attitude toward customer service. And yes I certainly agree that the Walgreens on Blvd 26/Glenview have it together so much better than the Denton Hwy store😉 May the Corprate office find a much better solution in order to rectify the many difficult issues at hand or you will find that people stop using this store regularly for their many needs from a drug store. All the best, Deanna T.
