This is a great office with lovely staff, they are always there to help!! I see everyone complaining about the call time, YES They have a LONG hold time. But there’s something people have to understand, the number to schedule an appointment is the same for all offices. Therefore my guess is that the office itself does not answer any appointment calls. There’s a separate place/office were ALL WIC calls get answered. If you’re wanting to make an appointment keep in mind it will take long.

They are trying their best to answer all call. Please have patience the calls will be answer. Waiting time is about an hour or 2.
