  Dulce was extremely helpful in arranging my mother's funeral. It was a very difficult time, and she was incredibly sympathetic and even more diligent in arranging the various requirements for a funeral - booking the church and the mortuary (not as easy as you might think!) - flowers for the coffin, choosing an urn, choosing music for the ceremonies. Dulce also provided me with all of the documentation I needed to fly my mother's ashes overseas, which was another complication she handled.
  The gentlemen who escorted the hearse to the church and mortuary were extremely respectful and well-dressed. My mother would undoubtedly approve.

  We used Roberts Family for my father's funeral, and Caitlin was fantastic; she quickly answered all of our questions and put our minds at ease. Caitlin communicated at every step and even personally delivered my father's ashes. I cannot recommend Roberts Family Funeral Services highly enough; Caitlin's personal service made a difficult process so much easier!
