Employees were very helpful. Other than the extended wait time for delivery, I was very pleased with Cap-it!

I haven't purchased anything personally from here but my company uses them. Everytime I've came they are friendly and very helpful. Quick to install and get measurements for your vehicle. Would highly recommend this company
(May 24, 2019, 9:12 pm)THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I googled this place because I was looking for step assist for my truck. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. Manuel gave me the price breakdown as well as looked up different items online for me. I made my purchase and scheduled my installation day. That day comes and UH-OH the steps don't fit my truck. Manuel was still very helpful, ordering a different set of steps as well as giving me a discount. Well the next set of steps didn't fit either, but what was great is that Manuel never stopped, he continued to search and find a resolution for my steps. Ultimately he found some that fit, they were installed. Manuel went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and I appreciate it. Anything I need for my truck, I will be coming to Cap-It.
