MCMC Auto - East Belknap

Just finishing on upgrading my vehicle after the recent hail storm, both cars have been through MCMC (Shawn Howard helped me) and they've made everything clear and straight forward, as well as easy and had taken care of everything for me. I'm a young 22yo male and my credits raised significantly due to this vehicle. Highly Recommend!

Talk about being in the right at the right time... I was literally lost didn't know where to go.. I got tired of walking, the salesman looks at me and says, " if you have a job then I have a car for you....
Needles to say I'm roll in ng out of here in my very own vehicle.. above and beyond doesn't begin to describe the experience... Comical, but honest.. if only we all had the drive to help others as they do... The world would def be so much better...

I got application approved online answered a few questions over the telephone . Shawn Howard made an appointment for me to come in when I got off work @ 2:30 pm. I went to appointment @3:30 and I had to take a few documents with me and my ID and by 5pm we were writing up the contract. Signed everything collected important information which will later be needed.
BAM !!! I was driving my new car with low mileage home can you hear me home I drove my new car home the same day.

Shawn hands down was the best salesman! Between myself and 3 other customers, he was quick and efficient. Didn’t push and knew exactly how to handle business. Definitely recommend and if you’re looking for a new vehicle, ask for Shawn! Ned the sales manager was polite and knowledgeable. Kept me informed of the process and was awesome to speak to!
