  S.W.A.T. Roofing is definitely a 5 star company. I had roof damage from a hails storm, and called SWAT. Actually called 4 different companies in the Ft Worth area and only 2 called back. I got directly in touch with SWAT, they answered right away and said they would have one of the field guys call me back. Literally, in less than 10min, Ethan from SWAT called me. He came out and looked over all my issues, sat with me in the driveway and explained everything they were going to do. We scheduled a time, then had to reschedule again because another rain storm popped up on the original day. The day the guys finally got to come out to fix the roof, it went awesome. They had the roof replaced and Ethan texted me before I even left work to tell me they were done! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. You just don’t get customer support like SWAT and Ethan anymore. Great Job guys!

  Called SWAT on Sept 2nd regarding a leak and they were out in hours to investigate and patch our roof. Coleton is incredibly professional and was very helpful explaining everything to us. He worked with our Farmers agent on the claim and in a week we were scheduling repairs. We would encourage anyone to call SWAT, the best decision we’ve made!

  Ethan and Bobby knocked on my door, in which normally I would shoo away solicitors but they insisted they were only trying to help the community with the recent storm here in Keller. I invited them to check my roof; they did not find any storm damage but they proceeded to help with the storm debris in my gutters and caulked a few exposed nails out of courtesy. For once I am happy I didn't shoo them away. They both were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Thank you!

  SWAT is next to an automotive service I use and I had a small roof problem, so I stopped in to see if they could fix it. The office staff was super nice and said they would have one of the field guys, Ethan, give me a call. Ethan called within an hour and we set an appointment for him to come by later than day. He got got up on the roof, saw the problem, set a price, and said he would have one of the guys come by in two days to fix it.
  
  Two days later, Walter came about 7 o'clock, at the end of his day, and fixed the problem. You can't tell anything was ever wrong. Walter was the nicest and most proficient roofer I've ever dealt with.
  
  These guys are all great. Ethan, was super; he knew his job, was great to work with, the ladies in the office were very nice to meet, and I would have Walter working on my roof anytime. He even walked my roof looking for other issues he could nail down or glue while he was up there.
  
  I recommend SWAT Roofing to anyone needing roof work done.

  This was my first roof claim. Neighbor recommended Charles Johnson with S.W.A.T Contracting. Charles was very professional. He sat down with me explain the process. All aspect of work from roofing to replacing downspouts and window screens were timely. The roofing crew did a great job cleaning up after work was completed. Will definitely contact Charles for any future roofing.
