Miss Katie was my daughter’s speech therapist and she did wonders for my daughter! When she first started, my little girl could hardly be understood. Miss Katie was patient, kind, and knew the exact techniques to help my daughter produce the sounds she needed in the correct way. She even held me accountable for speech therapy homework a time or two...or more. Lol. She also was able to identify a few issues that needed to be corrected with surgical intervention. These included a tongue tie that stopped my daughter from being able to lift her tongue high enough as well as getting her adenoids checked for nasal pathway obstruction. It turns out she was right about both! After both were corrected, and with a fair amount of work, my daughter was able to graduate speech therapy! Thank you Miss Katie! Thank you everyone. :)
