I went to ATT on Melbourne and was attended by Joshua. He was AMAZING! He was patient, friendly, professional. He went above and beyond to help me with the mess that we got into by Matt at the Loyalty AT&T group! I am so thankful to have met Joshua and I recommend anyone that is looking for AT&T phones to ask for him. Kudos to Joshua!!
My wife and I would like to comment on the AT&T store in Hurst.
We have visited this store a few times in the past and always had a very good experience.
We visited this store to find out about getting a
HOT SPOT for some travel we are planning, and we had no understanding about hot spots.
We were greeted by Tim and told him our situation and he was so helpful that by the time we left not only did we have a HOT SPOT but we also had 2 new phones and all the accessories that go with it.
Then, a few weeks later, we had some difficulty with AT&T U-Verse and spent many hours on the phone with the call center. We got very frustrated and thought about transferring our TV service to another company, before we made some move that we might regret, since we liked AT&T, we decided to go to the AT&T store and we were greeted at the door by Josh. We told him our dilemma and he was so patient and listened to our problem. He then proceeded to get us a phone number and told us what to say. By the time we left, we were so relieved that Josh greeted us at the door and was able to help us with our problem.
We had been to the Hurst AT&T store many times and each time someone always greeted us at the door with a smile and was always very helpful. It’s always a pleasure to go into an establishment and be treated like you are a special person.
This AT&T store has good management because all employees understand that having our business is important.
P.S. With the help we received from Josh, we got the service that we needed, and we stayed with AT&T.

6/10/2023- My friend and recently visited the AT&T store in Hurst, TX and had the pleasure of working with Josh. What a wonderful and pleasant experience with him! Josh was incredibly personable and attentive to our needs. I was in the market for an iPad and a few accessories, and he patiently walked me through all of my options, answering all of my questions along the way. You talk about great customer service… that would be Josh!!!
One thing that really was impressive was how knowledgeable Josh was about the products. He was able to explain the pros and cons of each model of iPad and helped me choose the one that would best suit my needs. He also suggested a few accessories that would enhance my experience with the iPad, without being pushy or trying to upsell me.
Throughout the entire process, Josh was incredibly patient. He never made me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision, and he took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my choices. He even helped me set up my new iPad before I left the store!
Overall, I cannot recommend Josh at the AT&T store in Hurst, TX enough. His exceptional customer service made the entire process a breeze, and I left feeling confident in my purchases. If you're in the market for a new device or accessories, I highly recommend visiting Josh at the AT&T store - you won't be disappointed! Webster’s definition of customer service and customer satisfaction is “Josh”!!!
