Freebirds World Burrito

Freebirds is always great. Personally prefer them over Chipotle. Far more flavor in the former than the latter...regardless of healthy or not,

I came here on 4/4/24. Service was so great 5 days later I was reminded to come back and leave a review. I showed up 30 mins before closing so I was hesitant. I will say though that the staff working that evening/night was excellent and very welcoming. You guys are the BOMB! I was very astonished by the service. I usually go to the Arlington Highlands location which was some years ago but this is my new spot from now on, thank you to the team who left the great impression that my memory didn’t let me forget.

Food is consistently good. I can hear them taking care to ensure ingredients are available. Stations and tables are kept clean and stocked. Most of all, people smile here. They seemed genuine and dedicated to the experience. Very refreshing. I'll keep coming back. I really enjoy the pork burrito with some chips and queso.

Consistently good! I always get good customer service and the food is great. I hardly ever get asked about my rewards number, so make sure you mention it. Unrelated to the food, but there bathroom was unbelievably clean. Random I know, but I thought it deserved to be mentioned.
