(February 18, 2023, 2:26 pm)Love that this place is my local gamestore. Tons of product, board games, MTG events, tables for War gaming and soo much DnD. The staff are hilarious, friendly and super knowledgeable and never hesitate to help out and answer questions. Events are well run, timely and rewarding. The gaming community are some of the nicest and funniest people you'll meet.
(January 31, 2023, 10:53 am)### Follow up Edit. Despite my assertion that I wouldn't go back, I did, and had a MUCH better experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, without be pushy. I'm updating my review and rating to reflect that experience, but I'm also leaving the original review below, since that was my experience at the time.
Nice variety of products, paints, miniatures, board games, D&D, and Magic.

However, the customer service was awful. No one bothered to acknowledge that I walked into the store, or asked if I needed help finding anything. When checking out, the clerk did thank me for my purchase, but didn't engage me in any other way.
I don't like when a store employee hovers over me, but as a first-time customer I would have liked to have been acknowledged.
I love supporting local gaming shops, but won't be back to this one.
Responding to the owner's comment: I don't recall what day it was, other than it being the same day I posted the review. I would have been in there late morning, just before noon. The store was not busy. One other person was in there, sitting at a table, going through what I assume to be MtG cards.
