The doctors and staff members of Towne Center Animal Hospital are compassionate, caring and professional. They always take the time to listen to my concerns and I trust them with the care of my dogs. We've been clients for several years and I always know my dogs are in the most loving and caring hands. I recommend them highly!
Everything about Dr Johnston and his entire staff is absolutely the BEST!! He cared for our late pup, Sassy, for many years until we lost her last year. We know he extended her life span by 5+ years due to his GREAT knowledge and care.
He now is treating our new puppy, Sam and we are VERY confident he will get the best care as well!! Thanks SOOOO MUCH!!
I don't see how the Towne Center Team could be better. The interaction, response and expertise of the entire team is always great. Their care, concern and support for our special needs dog has always been exceptional. She is always excited to to see them. I highly recommend Towne Center Animal Hospital.
I’ve taken my baby, Blue here a few times now and this entire team from the front desk, techs, and doctors are the kindest, most caring, and professional vet staff I have ever encountered. They treated Blue and myself with concern and respect. They gave me options, stayed in touch through his care and treatment, and really made me feel comfortable leaving my baby in their hands.
If you want a vet team that is more about the care of your pet than the money, this is truly the place to take your fur baby. Affordable, available, and caring.
Now that Ive found this team, I won’t be taking Blue anywhere else.
I just want to thank Dr. Johnston and his caring staff. My Selma girlie was very sick and her regular vet was on vacation. After calling several places and getting turned away I came upon Dr Johnston and they were more than willing to take her in as an urgent patient. My girlie isn’t the most well behaved at the vet but this did not deter them taking care of her.. they were very thorough and answered a worried moms questions and fielded my phone calls without making me feel I was being silly. They even called to check on her a couple days later and when I called for some additional medication for a weekend coming up they provided it without any issue. I cannot express how thankful I was for them helping my baby even though she wasn’t a current patient.. I read some complaints about a 62 dollar deposit which I think is more than reasonable for a new patient so people don’t take up a space and then not use it.. the 62 dollars is put towards your bill so you are not losing any money unless you don’t show up.
