She is very sweet, caring, and she makes sure that she can help you the best she can! She listened to me and got me on the right path to what I needed. I am very happy with my health insurance! Michelle was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is very professional, upbeat and informative on the entire process. Michelle takes the time to explain how everything works and what to expect. Ontop of being affordable you can't beat out top tier customer service and loyalty!!!

(May 13, 2021, 3:16 pm)Michelle is a true professional! She took my information in a convenient manner, explained it to me in a way I could understand (I’m clueless when it comes to this stuff!) and even though I haven’t been ready to commit just yet, she has been extremely nice the whole time.
I love that she is easily available for any questions, no crazy wait times to talk to a person that doesn’t care about me.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10/10
