Lauren was my therapist and she was awesome! She helped me regain mobility and strength in my shoulder while being very kind and patient with me. The facility is very clean and safe. I’d recommend this place to anyone who needs physical therapy.

Lauren and Evelyn are absolutely amazing. Evelyn greats you with friendly eyes (masks hide the smile) and a welcoming tone. She ensures you know what to expect prior to going back. Lauren is always happy and welcoming. She is extremely knowledgeable about your treatment regimen and stands ready to adapt it for your optimal outcome. I could not have found a better team to assist with my recovery. I can not recommend this team enough.

Jessica is an absolute great trainer and her personality makes it even better. I started training with Jess to get in shape to play at the collegiate D1 level in volleyball. I play at TCU on there volleyball team. In order for me to be in the best shape possible I depended on Jess to make that happen. She is very good with understanding your body and the type of training that needs to be done. Jess will push you when times get harder, and she also is not afraid to compete with you. I would recommend Jess to anyone who is looking to improve in training.

I have been working with Kyle from World Changing Fitness for about Six months now and I can say it has been worth every penny! He has helped me get to a healthier place and helped me lose over 25 pounds.
