Expect genuine care and a truly wonderful experience! Taylor and Ryan did an excellent job today in helping me while making sure all my needs were covered. They both went above and beyond with their time to answer all my questions which provided great comfort. Having to move, for whatever the cause of moving may be, is always something challenging in itself so to have the amazing support I received today from Taylor and Ryan was extremely valuable and needs recognition; especially since this is my first time utilizing a storage facility. Taylor and Ryan displayed experienced leadership skills combined with a genuine customer care personality, well done Public Storage, well done!

I didn’t have the right key to get into my unit and Taylor gave me great suggestions since it would take a few days to get the lock cut by them free of charge. Thanks Taylor for helping me to have a great move out. I never had issues with my unit in almost a year. Thanks Public Storage!

Moved from Colorado. U-Haul screwed us over. Came here and lady was Absolutely amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Clean and was easy to get our storage unit.
