This is a fantastic organization, providing a valuable service to the community. Sure, wait times are long, and sometimes it can be frustrating, but I'm sure they're overworked and underpaid and just trying their best to provide such an in demand program with limited funding and resources. I don't know what I would do without the program. I swear I cried tears of joy when they called and told me that I'd finally been moved off the wait list.
