I had been with the same insurance agency for over 25 years. Several years ago out of frustration I began searching for a new agency and company to meet my insurance needs. Excellent customer service and service by Ms. Isabel at Shaw Insurance Agency. I called at 4:30 to discuss a total loss on a vehicle and Isabel took the time to go over everything that I needed to be done. She was then proactive and informed me of details about purchasing and assisting with insurance quotes for buying a new vehicle. Above and beyond customer service at the end of business day and I truly appreciate all her hard work in handling our policy!
