  I have to remind myself that this is about the rental car center and not my experience with who I rented with. With that being said, I must commend the infrastructure design of this center. Instead of having multiple locations and an increase of vehicular traffic due to each rental car agency having to provide transport ti and from each location, this central location and a universal method of transporting makes this one of the best I've experienced. I may not like the overall airport design but this certainly is gem.

  There's a shuttle bus that takes you to the rental center. Which is a completely separate facility than the airport. All of the car rental places are there. Stand in the middle, take out your cellphone or tablet and type in rental cars Dallas Fort Worth. Use one of the many sites that do comparison pricing for you. I went to one company, they said they couldn't match the low online price. Sent me to the company that WAS offering the deal. $8 a day difference. Went to the lot, car was missing. The lot attendant switched cars immediately ( didn't have to go back inside!) I noted some small damage to one place on fender. The lady at the check out logged it and made a note on my paperwork as well! Good experience.

  This place is laid out well. It's easy enough to find a place to rent a car or pick up your car reservation. My only issue with this place is the bus ride from DFW. There is a wait for the bus. It's a bumpy ride and takes a bit to get there. Once they get the light rail finished my issue will be removed. It will be like Tampa which has the exact setup but they have a light rail. Still, this place is relatively hassle free.

  Once you get the purple bus to the rental lot, it is very easy. Got in an hour later due to delays, but the lot still had plenty of choices in the gold , 5 star and upgrade zones. This was all at around 11 pm. So the attendant's were very polite and helpful as you checked out. Keep up the good work Hertz.

  I went with my best friend to pick up her rental at Dollar Rental and Rose exceeded all of our expectation. Rose went above and beyond to make sure my friend completely understood the whole process as it was her first time renting a car. There was an issue with the vehicle that was booked under the reservation and Rose helped straighten everything out and made sure my friend got the right vehicle. Rose was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using Dollar Rental in the future for my rental car needs. Thank you for everything Rose!!
