The Coaches and members are friendly and helpful as this is my daughter’s first experience with Jiu-jitsu; the training sessions build her confidence daily. I have really enjoyed my time at Keller Elite MMA. I have always enjoyed exercising but jujitsu is like nothing I have ever done before.
