I cannot say enough good things about Knights of Comfort! Waldo and his team took amazing care of my 80 year old dad for the two months he was under their care for late stage Parkinson’s. He got showers again which were important to him and the care was super coordinated with the adult family home staff where he and mom lived. Communication was always detailed and I felt we could text any time with questions. We had a larger hospice group before and Knights was so much more personable and available. Highly recommend!
Knights of Comfort were amazing in caring for my father before he passed away. They worked really hard to make sure he was comfortable and went to great lengths to find health solutions for him. I will be forever grateful for their kindness and grace.
Our family cannot say enough about Waldo and the entire Knights of Comfort team. Not only were they comforting, reassuring and able to address and answer all of our questions, they were able to assess the situation with our dad and get up to speed very quickly. Everything was in place when our dad arrived and everything was explained to us, and anything that they said that they were going to do, they did. Any medication additions or changes were thoroughly discussed and explained to us beforehand, and we received daily medical updates on our dad’s state. They were extremely knowledgeable about where our dad was in his transition, allowing us to emotionally prepare for his passing. Throughout, Waldo and his team were a source of comfort, compassion and rationality in a very emotional situation that none of us had gone through before. They made a heartbreaking situation bearable, and we cannot thank them enough.
Knights of comfort hospice was a blessing to my family. They are all such a wonderful group of people with a kind heart and compassion to help others. Although they were with my mom less than a year they were such a big help in transitioning her from home to a memory care to complete her journey until her death with Dementia. My entire family applauds Dr. P and his staff.
I cannot say enough great things about the staff of Knights of Comfort, they were absolutely amazing with my Mom. Tammy, Sandy, Waldo, and Denise all worked together to ensure my Mom was comfortable and at peace when she passed to her heavenly home. It was evident they all truly cared for mom and it showed in the compassionate care they provided to her. My Mom loved the beach and they even purchased a large 7’x5’ photo of a peaceful beach line for her to view from her bed. They allowed me to fulfill my Mom’s last wishes of passing peacefully with dignity in her home. I will be forever grateful. 💜
