My wife and I have done business with this Allstate office for years. I’ve always been very pleased! They have an amazing team, especially Patty. Everyone is always very nice and very helpful. I’ve been an Allstate customer since 1985 for my auto. As the years passed, I got home and life insurance from them and bundled them together. The staff have been very helpful when I needed to place a claim and I couldn’t imagine going elsewhere. I recommend using Allstate. Their prices might be slightly higher than competitors but with that you get excellent coverage and customer service… to me, that’s worth the few extra dollars and peace of mind.
Through a devastating house fire that left us displaced for 13 months, Aaron was there. Aaron was as concerned as any family member and checked on us frequently he saw us through to the end he and Peggy are beyond amazing. Lifetime customers here. Thank you for everything!
Sensational. The only reason why I went with this particular agency is the level of customer care from Patty & Lisa. I've talked with them for years on quotes and bids. Usually it was less expensive to go somewhere else, but they're always persistent and friendly. However this last time around Allstate was close enough to finally accept their prices. Each and every time I call, Patty makes everything so simple and effortless. New auto policy, new lien holder, policy questions, it doesn't matter. THEY ARE what makes the difference.
I am so satisfied with the personal service I receive from my agent Patty Stovall that I don't care to hear from another company even if they are supposedly cheaper and, as a senior on SS, I don't have $$ to waste. Patty always answers and greets people so joyously you wonder if she's ever had a bad day. She certainly can put a smile in yours. She has such good computer skills & memory that Patty answers specific questions about your policy details and benefits in a matter of moments. And if ever you have trouble getting service from any other departments throughout Allstate, Patty WILL followup to the authorities you were unable to reach until your solution has been resolved. Patty Stovall provides the "good hands" that Allstate advertises!
