“Tried out this gym for the first time bout 1 month ago and I highly recommend it!! If you're looking to get a quick work out in from HIIT type of workout to Yoga and burn lots of calories in a short time, give this place a shot. I was hooked after the first class. The benefits of working out here is: convenience (24hrs), clean, friendly, you can book your class on the app, they have a free weights section in addition to the hot saunas. Don't let the word sauna mislead you, there is a difference here due to the infrared benefit. Regular saunas heats up the air whereas this type of sauna uses infrared heat to penetrate your muscles. My experience is less soreness afterwards, skin improvement, and you feel amazing after you’ve worked out. The one thing I do love is the staff, friendly welcoming and knowledgeable about the whole program. Angie is wonderful so kind hearted and helpful. Make sure to bring your water bottle!!”

She's one of the only providers in Texas doing this holistic approach to orthodontics but more than that she's just amazing, as is all of her staff, they're beyond professional, very caring, they know us the moment we walk in, which really touches my 9 year old. Our objectives for treatment are aligned, not just creating space for overcrowding but more importantly improving breathing and overall quality of life. “I have always wanted to try a foot reflexology massage, so I stopped in to this place on a whim. I was blown away by how relaxing, clean and calming the environment was. I requested the $30/30 min option since it was my first time. I knew as soon has he got started I would be coming back. He placed my feet in a warm bath while he massaged my temples, sinuses and scalp. Then he did my neck and shoulders before moving down to my feet. I don’t know if it was more than 30 min, but I was in Heaven and it felt like forever. I have already booked a return visit for a full body massage with the same therapist.”

“Shout out to Tom Thumb Pharmacy Manager, Charles Haynes. I tried to run a prescription through insurance on 12/31/21 and it would not go through Tom Thumb's processing system. This caused the prescription price to go up quite a bit. When I picked it up today, I explained the problem to Charles. He got on their system and was unable to fix it. So he asked how I wanted to handle it and instantly made it right for me. I thought I might have to hassle with them. Nope. Excellent customer service that goes a long way for customer loyalty. Whether your workout experience level is novice or more advanced you’re guaranteed to get a great workout that is unique, yet fits your needs. The circuits are great and perfectly timed, just when you start to feel that workout burn the bell is ringing and you’re on to the next circuit, which is great in my opinion to keep your attention long enough to get the results you need but not too long where your mind starts to play tricks on you and you’re about ready to throw in the towel. “My family has been seeing Doctor Armstrong for years now and we love him! We get a massage at Tara in his office and these two really are the best! I had my sister and brother-in-law come in to town from Missouri today. He brother in law has been dealing with bad back pain for a few years. I took them both for a adjustment today because he could even walk in the grocery store. His back was hurting so bad. Dr Armstrong adjusted them both. Tonight my brother in law says he feels better the. He has in 10 year!!! Mind blown. Thank You Dr A, you are a miracle worker.
