Chad and his team are outstanding. His subs’ work was exceptional. His communication before and during the project was beyond expectation. Finally, the project finished within our budget.

I would, hands down, use Swanson Renovations for all my home upgrades. We started the brainstorming process from out of state before my family and I were able to move in to our new TX home. Chad was very responsive, professional and creative. He was straight forward and candid about cost and process. The teams he brought in for the different stages of the projects were professional and respectful of our space and time. Chad was great about keeping us informed every step of the way and incredibly patient with all my questions. The rooms came out better than I could have hoped! I would use Swanson Renovations for every home project we have.

Chad and Carter are an amazing team to work with, they're both extremely patient, responsive and great communicators too...!!! Initially the project scope was to "Remodel the Kitchen", but that kind of grew to include the "Utility Room", "Fireplace" as well as some features within the living room.. Below is a brief recap of the project:
— Gut Kitchen, Utility Room, and Fireplace (stand-alone)
— Modify kitchen layout & design
— Additional register added to the kitchen
— New custom cabinets, counter tops, lighting (recessed, pantry cabinets, under cabinet)
— Zink, Faucet, R/O system
— Oven exhaust vented out
— New Fireplace with heater (w/blower)
— Custom mantel
— Customer floating shelf for the entrainment (with hidden storage)

Listed below are a few points, I'd like to call out that impressed me:
— The whole process is extremely transparent and well document to ensure no disconnects
— They utilize an app called "BuilderTrend" to manage project activities (calendars), change orders, project photos, etc..
— Collaboration, they truly want to make sure you're happy with the finish product. For example, for the Mantel & Floating shelf, the team built out a portion of the finished product to ensure I'd be okay with the design, size and finish.
— Quality, they have the upmost standards and that speaks volumes coming from me. For example, when the countertops were installed I had a few concerns, Chad stopped by that afternoon agreed and actually pointed out a few items that concerned him as well. He secured second opinions, and then ensured all the concerns were addressed / resolved before we moved forward.
— Creative, as I mentioned before, I'm slightly OCD and when I brought up concerns, this team knocked it out of the ballpark... For example, I had concerns regarding the drawer glides damaging the cabinet doors if the doors weren't 100% opened when the drawer is pulled out... They solved!!!

Chad and team are great, it's that simple. I'd definitely recommend them in a heartbeat and in the future, when my next project surfaces, they'll be the first team I call..

We just completed a home renovation with Swanson Renovations and could not be happier. From a consultative design process, to a detailed project plan, to professional project management, Swanson exceeded our expectations. I owned two houses in Texas. One in Keller were Swanson Renovations, LLC did a complete gut and redo on the master bathroom down to the studs. They did an excellent job. Chad has the capability to do CAD CAM images to show you the plan and help you make decisions. The 2nd house in NRHs we did a complete added on to the garage from scratch; as well as, installing wood floor in the dry areas of the house. Chad is very meticulous, he has great contractors and they all work well together. They are reliable and on time. He is very thorough with the details and follow through. There were never any surprises as the end.
