Melinie was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She was respectful of my budget and what I was looking for. She worked hard to get me the best bang for my buck with that budget in mind. The only reason for a 4 star review is because I applied for financing that tried to verify my identity with a credit card that failed twice. I was alerted later on the day by my bank, those two cards had been compromised and there were fraudulent charges.

Fantastic store & shopping experience. Melenie was amazing! Such a great personality, so knowledgeable, conscious of our time & made sure to give us all in information we needed in order to select the right mattress and frame for our home. She made everything smooth. Highly recommended this shop if you are looking for a high quality bed.

We were greeted at the door by Kenny who was extremely professional and courteous. The Expert Match Diagnostic test at Sleep Experts is very high tech and assisted us in finding the perfect mattress. The whole process was painless and actually so much fun!!! Melanie and Kenny had us laughing all the way out the door! Thank you for the best mattress purchase experience ever!

Kenny was great to work with. He was able to find exactly what I wanted within just a few minutes and made sure my delivery was scheduled within about 10 minutes from the time I paid. I appreciate his honesty and will definitely be going back for future purchases.
