I was lucky to get the help of Khyati Merchant to help me learn how to take control of my muscles. She taught me relaxation techniques that came in handy during child birth. My Ob-Gyne commented that in 2 weeks, I had made tremendous progress with therapy. I would recommend Lotus physical therapy to mothers-to-be to prepare for child birth and for postpartum recovery. Khyati was extremely knowledgeable and took time to educate me. She genuinely cares about her patients and is very easy to communicate with.
