Grand Estates at Keller Apartments

My wife whom I call the Bide have moved13 times due to a 32 yeas military career. We owned a 2100 aqft home prior to Grand Estate at Keller. We looked for single homes in the north Fort Worth area. Long story short. This complex offered us just what we we’re looking for. The lay out in this apartment in and outside design met everything my wife wanted before she moved to an apartment. Plus this place is located a few miles from everything. Back to the complex. Make ready had the apartment in near perfect condition upon move in. The grounds are well maintained. Maintenance go out of their way to handle your request

This is a really nice place to live, very convenient. The 2 bedroom I have is spacious and updated, really clean. Maintainance is prompt and the office staff are friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for every type of store within 5 mins drive (you could even walk to Kroger). There is a walking trail right by the complex. It feels more like a condo than apartments.

We stayed in this apartment complex for 2 years and the service was top notch. The neighborhood is very peaceful with a lot of parks and best part is the convenience of going to Kroger which is couple of blocks away from this apartment complex. We really liked the service from the management and we did not hear any crime during our two years stay. I would highly recommend this place.

Haven't moved in officially yet, but the process has been very smooth. The office staff are very warm, kind and inviting. I was super impressed with the clean beautiful grounds. The apartment we ended up taking is gorgeous. We did a drive by late at night to make sure this would be the place for our son. It's quiet and very well maintained. After viewing other apartment complexes nothing can compare to Grand Estates. Location is great since it's close to our favorite grocery store and restaurants. So glad we decided on this place.
Update..11/21/19..we officially finished our 1st years lease and just renewed for a second year. The apartment staff have been great. Extremely helpful and get request done in a timely manner. To those who have complained that the assistant manager is rude are way off. Jonathan has been extremely helpful and courteous to both me and my son at all times. We have never had an issue with staff being rude. Love leasing here and hope to stay for more years to come!
