I was very impressed with my service. I came in after a wreck the damaged a large portion of my passenger side on my brand new vehicle. I turned my car in to them on Tuesday, they returned my vehicle back to me on Friday in the condition it was when I drove it off the lot. The customer service was also exceptional. The process was quick, efficient, and everything it needed to be!!

Came to this location for body work after a recent accident & every single person I've talked to was so friendly and welcoming. On top of their amazing customer service, the work done on my vehicle was so pristine! It looks brand new and drives like new. This will be the only shop I recommend and come to for any future work. Brian was my service advisor and Breean was the sweetest rep to schedule everything and handle my paperwork. As a side note, my vehicle was in the shop during the winter storm and Brian called me while everyone was without power/water just to give me updates on how the work on my car was going to be affected due to the storm. Caliber repaired my car after a recent accident and they were great! Everyone who I spoke with was friendly and professional and my car was done ahead of schedule. They coordinated with my insurance for payment and a rental car, and kept me updated on my car. I was impressed with how stress free the entire process was and would highly recommend them.
