Bill was so helpful! I had a random accident happen to me (wheel bearing and other stuff break) at around 11am.. I got my truck towed to bill’s shop (Mr.Mechanic) and he worked effortlessly to get it finished and back to me same day! There were multiple problems that he uncovered as he was diagnosing the damage, but he still got it all done that same day! I am overly impressed with the work and effort Bill showed. He went and picked up parts for my truck and got it all finished up for me by 11pm on this fine Saturday! He worked past close to get me back up and running. Not to mention all the money he saved me! He saved me hundreds of dollars along the process and all I can say is GO TO HIM! He is great! I RECOMMEND doing business with him for all your auto repair needs! I will keep using him from this day forward! Great service, great guy! I couldn’t have had a better experience! Awesome!

I installed fog lights on my 2009 Ford Ranger that did not originally come with from the factory. After installing them, they wouldn't turn on. I brought it to a family member that is a mechanic for a trucking company. He installed a new relay and checked that all the wiring was connected properly which it was. When I brought it to Mr. Bill he confirmed that everything was installed properly and that all the components were good. He explained to me that since the fog lights are controlled by a computer, the only thing it could be was that since it didn't come with fog lights, the computer wasn't programmed to turn them on. After checking with Ford, he was told that the program couldn't be changed because it was connected to the vehicle serial number. Mr. Bill wired in a relay that allowed the fog lights to operate perfectly. He was very good at explaining the problem and even gave me copies of the wiring diagrams to show my family member who is a mechanic. We both were amazed at how he knew how to do this and in a professional way. I spent 6 months trying to get this figured out but Mr. Bill had it figured out and fixed in a couple hours, and his charge was very reasonable.
