I had the privilege of having Ann Putnam as my realtor and she was absolutely Amazing!! She was extremely knowledgeable and made sure that my husband and I fully understood the house buying process. Ann was always patient with us throughout our journey of purchasing a home and made sure on every walkthrough of a potential property we were aware of the specifics of the home as it related to our wants and needs. She was always available to speak with us and answer any questions we had regarding the purchase of our new home and she fought to ensure that our voices were heard as potential buyers. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did to get us into our new dream home!!! Thanks Ann!!!!

To begin, my husband and I had a dismal and disappointing experience with the real estate system when trying to sell our previous home. Before we finalized the sale, Ann introduced herself, offered continual reassurances and was diligence in keeping in touch with us once we moved in to the area. Once here, Ann’s patience in our learning how to maneuver in a new demographic was a blessing.
Her caring, protective Momma Bear nature was felt immediately upon meeting her.
She listened and understood our needs and worked with fierce tenacity to fulfill said needs!
Ann researched each home working hard to find the pros and cons of each and shared her wealth of knowledge freely. Her team seamlessly and tirelessly worked together to provide a showing agent at our convenience.

I have recently Closed my house with the Davis Team. Everyone is very cooperative and go beyond their normal task to take care of urgent needs. Amanda Benoit and her team is amazing. I highly recommend her for your real estate needs. The amazing thing about the Davis team is that the relationship doesn't end up on the closing actually it grows when they remember their clients in all the holiday events and keep them posted with a lot more things, example sending reminder for filing for home stead, inviting clients to their holiday events, etc. it's the gesture that matters. Couldn’t ask for a better team. Amanda was the best. She was right on top of everything (since I’m clueless). I met the whole team and everyone was extremely welcoming. I will recommend any of them especially Amanda (and Lupe) for all they did to get us in a home!!!
