Exceptional service!! Bobby went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was top notch. Customer service with a personal touch is a rare find these days. Food was excellent and appropriately timed. Couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. After we left, our 4 year old said he wanted to go back to see Mr. Bobby and eat the tasty food! Happy we chose BurgerFi @ Renaissance Place on our way back home from the NC Mountains.

I got takeout and it was pretty fast, but one woman came in after me and demanded to be served right away. She got her milkshake very quickly while I had to wait awhile. But the vegefi burger was delicious, and my boyfriend’s chicken tenders were really good.

Got the vegan style beyond meat burger and it was delicious! Not very photogenic though lmao 🤣 the only thing it's missing is vegan cheese or maybe a burger sauce but it's pretty standard for a non-vegan place not to have those
